Our Process

Scoping and mapping your property

We site visit and sketch up ideas with you, take photographs, including drone photography if required. We then combine your property title measurements, actual ground measurement, Google Earth aerials and our images, to produce a scale map.

Visualising your ideas

We then produce a plan that visualises everything you wish to do with your property. With entrance and around home ideas - we take photographs and ‘photoshop’ or superimpose ideas to create a realistic visual ready for go-ahead and quotes from suppliers.

Project Management or DIY

We can orangise, quantity survey and project manage earthworks, drainage, cultivation, fencing, stockyards, gateways, decks, landscaping and more - with our preferred local contractors or yours - and you work directly with them on price.

Alternatively, we can produce a plan for you to implement yourself. There’s no job too small or too large - and a good plan will help to achieve a great result on budget, with no surprises.
